About Us

iEnforceFitness’ primary goal is to create efficient and effective fitness routines that maximize the positive impact of exercise.

Comprehensive experience has taught the creators of iEnforceFitness what fitness can do for the body, as well as how to eliminate unnecessary stress caused by poor technique. Graduate studies in kinesiology – a concentration covering human anatomy, physiology, muscular assignment and the biomechanics of movement – have imparted extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system. Since 1997, we have put this background to work showing “real life” clients the most efficient and structurally sound means of improving their fitness. With the release of iEnforce Fitness in 2010, we brought our programs and techniques to the world of mobile apps.

We know there is no “one size fits all” approach to helping people look and feel better. We work closely with our clients to develop programs that increase strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, reduce body fat, and, most important, improve self-image and confidence. Our workout programs are designed to address clients’ and users’ needs to increase strength and well-being for everyday life.

We’ll do our best to answer your requests and consider your suggestions for improvements to iEnforce Fitness that will help you optimize your performance. A great fitness program is life changing, and we know from experience that the right Personal Trainer is a vital resource who can ensure you get and stay on track.
